Terms & Policies

 

Ordering

Due to the high cost of handling, we require a $20 minimum order. Please include
your name, street address, city, state, zip code and any special shipping instructions.
(We must have your street address, as UPS cannot deliver to a post office box.)
Be sure to specify vehicle year, color, front or rear, left or right, coupe or convertible.

 

Payment Methods

Credit Cards - We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards.
All telephone orders must be processed on credit cards. When
ordering with the "Chevy World Parts Order Form", please include the
cardholder's name, complete account number, and expiration date.

Sales Tax - Alabama residents must add 6% to
total purchase amount for appropriate Sales Tax.

 

Shipping

                                                              If you pre-pay your order, include 6% for shipping and insurance
                                                         charges (minimum $2.00). All orders will be shipped via UPS, therefore it is
                                                      mandatory that we have your street address to assure delivery. UPS does not
                                                    deliver to post office boxes. If the parts in your order are too large or too heavy
                                                      for UPS, they will be shipped freight collect. For prepaid orders to be shipped
                                                                              UPS Blue Label, add 15% for shipping.

 

Back Orders

In the event an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will
hold the backorder until the item comes in, or for 30 days, at which
time Chevy World Parts will issue a refund (unless specified otherwise).

 

Returns & Exchanges

We request that the customer notify Chevy World Parts by mail or phone
if a product is being returned. All returns must be accompanied by a copy
of the original invoice and letter of instructions. All return shipping must
be prepaid. Returns must be made within 10 days from date of shipment.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all items returned that are
not wanted by the customer, but were sent correctly by Chevy World Parts.

 

Damaged Items & Insurance

All items are insured for the amount of purchase, and are charged on
the customer's invoice. Delivery of the products in good condition is
the responsibility of the carrier. Should any product arrive in damaged
condition, immediately notify the carrier. The carrier will make a report,
and take the necessary steps to settle the claim.
